Immigrant visa through a family petition.

• EB-1 - First preference category - This visa is for immigrants with extraordinary skills in science, art, education, business, or in the sports field with national or international recognition; for outstanding professors or graduates, or executives of multinational companies. (This visa does not require a labor certification.)
• EB-2 - Second preference category. This visa is for professionals with a graduate degree (Bachelor’s), people with exceptional aptitude, or people who qualify under special skills of national interest to the United States. (This visa requires a labor certification.)
• EB-3 - Third preference category. The EB-3 is for specialized workers, professionals with at least a bachelor's degree, or other workers who perform specialized work that requires at least 2 years of training or experience. (This visa requires a labor certification.)
• EB-4 Category of fourth preference. This immigrant visa is for ministers, pastors, and priests, and religious workers, broadcasters, doctors, and other special types of employment. (Does not require a labor certification)
• EB-5- Investor Visa. The EB-5 visa is another alternative to obtain a permanent residence (green card). This visa gives you great benefits. In this case, the investor must invest a specific amount of money, which would vary between $ 500,000 or $ 1,000,000.

• B-1/2 - Tourist visa and / or work.
  B1 and B2 visas refer to work trips for specific items (B1), and trips related to tourism and pleasure (B2).

• For people with the intention of investing a substantial sum in the United States. You can obtain the E2 visa for you and your family.
• H-1B Visa - Specific Work Visa.
• It allows to be hired by limitations in the United States, who are looking for trained personnel in specific areas.
• P Visa - Visa for Artists, Athletes, Musicians, and Members of Entertainment Groups. This visa allows such people to obtain specific work in the United States.
• F-1 Visa - Student Visa - This visa is for students (of all ages) who have been accepted into an educational institution within the US. who have the necessary resources to study in the US and with intentions of leaving the United States once they finish their studies.
• K-1 Visa - Fiance Visa - This visa is for the engaged. It allows an entry for which you have 90 days to marry your fiance in the US.

• U Visa - This visa is available to people (although they do not have immigration status) who have been victims of a crime in the US. be it a scam, a robbery, or victims of violence.
• VAWA - This law allows spouses or children who have been victims of domestic violence by a permanent resident or citizen of the United States to obtain immigration status and work authorization.
• Visa Lottery - Each year the Diversity Visa Program provides 50,000 visas in a lottery for original applicants from countries with low rates of migration to the US.
• SIJ - Special Young Immigrants (Child Status Protection Law) - This law allows young minors who have entered the country without immigration status and who have been abandoned or abused to obtain permanent residence.

If you arrived to the United States before you turned 16, were under 31 years old on June 15, 2012, and have resided in the U.S. continuously since June 15, 2007 to the current date, you may qualify for DACA.

The I-601a and I-601 waivers pardon for punishments of 3 or 10 years and that can be requested inside or outside the U.S. These waivers are for people who entered the U.S. without inspection, who receive a penalty of not being able to re-enter the U.S. for a period of 3 or 10 years when they leave the US.
